In partnership with MCG, this credential focuses on strategies to review, advise and educate customers to successfully qualify for a home loan and ensure smooth UW approval for a mortgage.

BMPA CERTIFIED MORTGAGE PROFESSIONAL (CMP)
This credential is based on BMPA’s commitment to higher standards of professional practice when dealing with under-served and marginized communities. This credential includes mastering BMPA Code of Ethics, Mortgage Best Practices, and Equity & Advocacy Toolkit.
